As Covetrus may not always have a one-to-one match between your Covetrus account and delivery sequence and your punchout software, it is sometimes necessary to confirm this prior to your first punchout purchase order. Below are step-by-step instructions on how to do this.

Steps

1. Begin your first Covetrus punchout ordering session as you would with any other vendor.
2. Upon redirecting to the northamerica.covetrus.com punchout site, if there is no previous match between your Covetrus information and your punchout location, you may be presented with a screen (Fig. 1) to confirm a likely match between the two. 
3. In this screen, you will want to compare the two columns of information. 
   1. If all of the information in the Covetrus column (the one on the left) matches the information your punchout system contains (the one on the right), click the confirm button and continue to order. Our system will remember this setting so you will not have to make this selection on your next order.

If for some reason the information does not match, you may need to contact your administrator to work with a Covetrus representative to update our records. If Covetrus’ system cannot find a record, you will be asked to choose from a list of the correct Covetrus account information for your location (Fig. 2).

In this screen, the Covetrus system has found a close match to your punchout information. Confirming will allow you to continue with your order.

If you are presented with this screen, it means the Covetrus system could not find a close account to match with your punchout information. From here, you can manually select a clinic and doctor that will match to your location. You may need to contact your punchout administrator to work with a Covetrus representative if there is not a valid match presented to you.
